Hi, I’m Lizz and I’m a Holistic Therapist, Creative Coach, Artist, Poet, and Dream Activator.
There’s a quote by Ram Dass ‘We are all God in drag’ - well let me tell you I have been all kinds of God in drag, I’ve been a competitive surfer, a professional athlete, a secret child, gender confused, an over-eater, a wife, a lover, an addict, a nomad, a DJ, the labels go and on… yet I’ve always just been looking for me. My truth. My why?!
I’ve trained globally with master practitioners in kinesiology, holistic therapy, sex therapy, sound healing, and creative coaching. I specialise in creative coaching and dream activation, neuro-linguistic programming sexuality, identity, gender dysmorphia, family trauma, the shadow self and self realisation. I help my clients unlock trauma, pain and suffering and break recurring loops and patterns, setting them free, empowering them to step into radical self-love and live a life of freedom, joy and aliveness.
My method involves reprogramming the subconscious mind through a process of identifying, moving and clearing energetic blockages stored in your mind, physical body and the language you use.

I understand the dark depths of facing the shadow, unresolved trauma and pain. In my own life I have experienced rejection, chronic illness, addiction, unhealthy boundaries and disempowering relationships. These gifts were in fact my motivation to heal myself and my ability to serve others.

Moving through a range of deep, soul-enriching music, Lizz creates a soundscape that moves from etheric to tribal - from Heaven to Earth and the journey in between.

As co-founder of global community movement 'Colours of Love', Lizz has worked to build the community and expand the vision internationally, creating spaces globally to help others to realise, activate, step up and into their dreams, and expand their hearts through a loving community of change makers.
Colours of Love has activated over 5000 dreams in the past six years and is working to their goal of activating at least one million dreams by 2030.
Lizz's recent appearance on Shaman Durek's podcast series Ancient Wisdom Today showcased an excerpt from their newly released book of Transformational Poetry, Dream Machine to a global audience resonating on the love vibration.
Lizz has presented at futurist events in Berlin, Dubai and Paris with leading thinkers and is a creative visionary committed to encouraging human connection amongst us all in the technology age
